Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

An interior architect is responsible for the overall design of a space: he redraws volumes and circulation, optimises functionality and oversees the technical coordination of the project. His involvement extends to the structure, materials, ergonomics and sometimes through to the decoration itself.

A decorator, on the other hand, works within existing spaces, selecting furniture, accessories, materials and colours. He elevates the atmosphere without altering the volumes.

  1. Initial meeting and review of the project brief
  2. Artistic direction and overall creative vision
  3. Floor plans and design proposals, with adjustments through to approval
  4. Decoration scheme: selection of accessories, furniture and works of art
  5. Contractor consultation and detailed costing
  6. Coordination of craftsmen and scheduling of works
  7. Programme management, administrative and financial oversight
  8. Delivery, installation and final styling
  9. Post-project follow-up and after-delivery service

The average cost for a high-end project starts from €3,500 per sqm, and can reach €7,000 to €10,000 per sqm depending on:

  • The rarity and quality of materials
  • The complexity of execution
  • The level of finish and furniture specification (for example, palace suites or exceptional one-of-a-kind pieces)

Yes. Exacting standards, aesthetic vision and craft expertise know no borders.

We work internationally with the same rigour as in France, adapting our organisation to local requirements: logistics, remote coordination, transportation, accommodation and so on.

Every international commission is governed by a precise project brief and an adjusted timeline, in complete transparency.

Timelines vary according to the complexity, scale and location of the project:

  • For a private client: between 6 and 8 months on average (excluding customised furniture or decoration)
  • For hospitality, retail or gastronomic projects: timelines are optimised around the opening schedule
  • Where highly specialist contractors or rare materials are involved, adjustments will be necessary

Absolutely. Decoration is the natural culmination of the architectural project.

As Viollet-le-Duc observed, “down to the very teaspoons,” every detail matters. We take care of:

  • The selection and procurement of contemporary or antique furniture
  • The creation of customised pieces
  • The sourcing of rare or iconic objects
  • Coordination with specialist decorative craftsmen
  • Delivery, installation and final styling

Yes. Artisan craftsmanship is at the heart of our high-end approach.

We collaborate with a network of rare and exceptional craftsmen, capable of working with complex materials including precious timbers, fine stone, blown glass, haute couture textiles and more, responding to extraordinary requests and always delivering a result that is unique and refined.

We provide the technical and artistic liaison between these exceptional skills and the demands of each project.
